Ingredientes

  • 1 can (21 ounce.) fruit pie filling, any flavor
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1 qt casserole. Heat pie filling to boiling in 1 qt saucepan. Pour into casserole. Mix remaining ingredients till dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto warm pie filling.
  2. Bake till biscuits are golden, about 20 min. Serve hot with sweetened whipped cream if you like. 6 servings.
