Ingredientes

  • 2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • Sherbet
  • 3 c. mixed fresh fruit or possibly 2 Packages quick-thaw mixed fruit, thawed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar, and butter till soft dough forms. Spread in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Bake till golden, 15 to 20 min. Cold. Cut into 6 equal pcs. Split shortcakes; spoon sherbet between each. Top with fruit. Garnish with whipped cream if you like. 6 servings.
