%20on%20this%20blog%20and%20neither%20of%20them%20is%20my%20favorite.%20I%20have%20no%20clue%20how%20that%20happened.%20I%20have%20been%20making%20this%20recipe%20since%20I%20was%20a%20kid.%20Crabcakes%20are%20one%20of%20my%20most%20favorite%20foods.%20I%20made%20the%20crabcakes%20bite%20sized%20and%20served%20them%20with%20crabcake%20sauce%20for%20my%20dinner%20party.%20The%20best%20part%20of%20these%20crabcakes%20was%20that%20I%20was%20able%20to%20make%20them%20with%20crab%20that%20we%20had%20picked%20from%20fresh%20Texas%20blue%20crab.%20That%20made%20them%20particularly%20sweet%20and%20tasty.%20I%20had%20a%20couple%20leftovers%20and%20I%20ate%20them%20on%20Kings%20Hawaiian%20rolls%20topped%20with%20crabcake%20sauce,%20sort%20of%20like%20a%20crabcake%20slider.%20They%20were%20amazing!%20%20I%20need%20to%20come%20up%20with%20a%20better%20name%20for%20%22crabcake%20sauce%22%20but%20it%20is%20so%20simple,%20I%20have%20no%20clue%20what%20would%20work%20better.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECrabcakes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20first%20six%20ingredients%20together.%20Add%20crab%20and%20crackers%20and%20stir%20gently%20to%20combine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EForm%20into%20six%20round%20cakes%20for%20entree%20sized%20crabcakes%20or%2016%20bite%20sized%20crabcakes.%20Refrigerate%20for%20at%20least%2030%20minutes.%20%20Heat%20the%20oil%20in%20a%20saute%20pan%20over%20medium-high%20heat.%20Fry%20the%20crabcakes,%20about%20a%20minute%20or%20two%20per%20side%20until%20golden%20brown.%20Serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
