Receta Bitter Gourd with Soft Pork Ribs

Ingredientes

  • 500g Soft pork ribs (软排骨)chop to small pieces
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Chicken powder (with no MSG added)
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn oil
  • Marinate soft pork ribs with all the above for at least for few hours.
  • Seasonings:
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Mix seasonings with 250ml water
  • add a little more water if you find the sauce salty.
  • (B) Ingredients:
  • 400-500g Bitter gourd (remove seed, cut to about 5mm thick slices
  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp Fermented black beans (wash and roughly chopped)
  • 3 Shallots (cut finely)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger (minced)
