Ingredientes

  • 2 can Pepperidge Farms Black Bean soup
  • 4 x Green Onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 5 ounce Velveeta, cubed (1/2 inch)
  • 5 ounce Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes Minced, drain 1/2 of liquid out of can

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry Green Onions in butter till very soft. Add in cheeses, and heat.
  2. Add in Rotel to cheese and stir together. Add in Black Bean soup and mix well. Let sit on low heat till all of the flavors are well-blended.
  3. Serve with Blue Corn Tortilla chips.
