- 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 x Red onion, minced
- 1/2 x Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 x Yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Coriander Juice of 4 limes
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 2 c. Cooked black beans
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro
- 2 x Oranges, peeled, sectioned
Direcciones
- Combine first nine ingredients in order in large bowl. Toss on beans & oranges. Mix to coat. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
