:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20it%20made%20a%20pencil%20drawing!%20Super%20cool!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlthough%20it%20almost%20looks%20like%20one%20of%20those%20pictures%20that%20shows%20you%20where%20all%20of%20your%20age%20spots%20are.%20Maybe%20this%20isn't%20a%20good%20thing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOk%20-%20enough%20play%20time%20-%20on%20to%20the%20recipe.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20all%20of%20the%20sweets%20from%20the%20holidays,%20I%20need%20to%20get%20back%20on%20the%20weight%20loss%20wagon.%20This%20meal%20is%20very%20low%20in%20fat%20and%20my%20family%20will%20still%20eat%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20start%20with%20this%20-%20(and%20I%20try%20to%20get%20no%20or%20reduced%20salt%20whenever%20possible%20so%20that%20I%20can%20control%20the%20sodium%20myself)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20put%20just%20a%20tiny%20amount%20of%20olive%20oil%20in%20my%20pan%20-%20maybe%201-2%20tsp.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20then%20I%20add%201%20chopped%20red%20onion%20and%20(only%20because%20I%20happened%20to%20have%20it%20on%20hand%20this%20time)%201%20chopped%20red%20pepper.%20Normally%20I%20don't%20add%20a%20red%20pepper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet%20them%20sweat%20together%20in%20the%20pan.%20In%20the%20meantime,%20I%20chop%20up%20a%20bunch%20of%20cilantro.%20I%20would%20normally%20use%20way%20more%20than%20this,%20because%20I%20happen%20to%20love%20cilantro,%20but%20this%20was%20all%20that%20I%20had%20on%20hand%20today.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChop%20up%20the%20cilantro%20well.%20Bailey%20is%20helping%20me%20demonstrate%20the%20chopped%20cilantro.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20the%20onion%20and%20red%20pepper%20have%20gotten%20a%20bit%20soft%20and%20to%20your%20liking,%20add%20in%20the%202%20cans%20of%20black%20beans%20(I%20drained%20one%20can%20of%20beans%20and%20dumped%20the%20the%20other%20can%20in%20whole%20-%20just%20because),%20and%201%20can%20of%20chopped%20tomatoes%20(do%20not%20drain).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAt%20this%20point%20I%20also%20added%20kosher%20salt,%20garlic%20powder,%20cumin,%20pepper.%20Then%20let%20it%20all%20simmer%20for%20a%20bit.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERight%20before%20I%20serve,%20I%20add%20the%20juice%20of%201-2%20limes,%20and%20a%20ton%20of%20cilantro.%20There's%20no%20point%20in%20adding%20cilantro%20prior%20because%20you%20want%20the%20green%20bits%20to%20show%20up%20and%20they%20kinda%20deteriorate%20after%20a%20while.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20my%20cooked%20rice,%20I%20added%20a%20tiny%20amount%20of%20butter%20and%20some%20more%20cilantro.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETop%20off%20the%20rice%20with%20the%20black%20beans%20and%20a%20pinch%20more%20cilantro.%20This%20is%20how%20Bailey%20likes%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20make%20this%20more%20of%20a%20meal%20for%20Rominal,%20I%20also%20made%20some%20turkey%20sausage.%20Yes,%20turkey%20-%20I'm%20trying%20to%20lighten%20things%20up,%20remember?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20originally%20had%20a%20picture%20of%20the%20whole%20turkey%20link%20on%20the%20side%20of%20the%20beans,%20and%20it%20just%20looked%20wrong,%20so%20here's%20my%20bowl%20with%20the%20turkey%20sliced%20inside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20a%20very%20filling%20and%20super%20good%20meal.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
