Black Bottom Cups

Chocolate and cream cheese cupcakes that is an old family recipe that is just to good to keep to myself.

Ingredientes

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. All Purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Pre-heat oven 350*
  2. Line cupcake tin with wrappers
  3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar and egg. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and set aside.
  4. In large bowl, combine flour, 1 c. sugar cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix well, about 2 minutes.
  6. Fill cupcake tin about 1/2 full with batter.
  7. Spoon in cream cheese mixture into each cup, about 1-1 1/2 tsp. of mixture.
  8. Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar and chopped almonds.
  9. Sprinkle ontop of each cup.
  10. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown, and pricked clean.
