Receta Black Bottom Cups
Chocolate and cream cheese cupcakes that is an old family recipe that is just to good to keep to myself.

- Pre-heat oven 350*
- Line cupcake tin with wrappers
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar and egg. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine flour, 1 c. sugar cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Add vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix well, about 2 minutes.
- Fill cupcake tin about 1/2 full with batter.
- Spoon in cream cheese mixture into each cup, about 1-1 1/2 tsp. of mixture.
- Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar and chopped almonds.
- Sprinkle ontop of each cup.
- Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown, and pricked clean.
