Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. warm coffee
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. finely minced nuts
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Grease and flour bottom only of 13x9 inch pan. Oven: 350 degrees for 45-60 min.In large bowl, put together all cake ingredients at low speed till moistened; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour batter into 13x9 inch pan.
  2. In small bowl, beat 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 egg till fluffy; stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Evenly spoon filling over batter; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Store in refrigerator.
