Receta Black Eyed Peas
Try this basic, but delicious black eyed peas recipe. I do the quick version by using canned peas. Either way, the taste is delicious and it makes a wonderful side dish.

- Open the two cans of blackeyed peas, drain. Place in a microwavable safe container. Cook on high for about 3 minutes. Let it cool.
- While you wait for the beans to cool, mince 3 cloves of garlic and chop a handful of parsley.
- In a bowl, mix the beans, parsley, and garlic.
- Add 1 T. of Red Wine Vinegar.
- Salt to Taste.
- Taste: Add more salt and/or red wine vinegar, if needed.
