Black Pepper Pork Chops With Molasses Butter

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Boneless pork loin
  • 1/4 c. Butter, (softened)
  • 1 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 x Lemon juice only Salt and coarse black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork loin into 8 pcs (approximately 4 ounce. each). Stir together butter, molasses, and lemon juice with a wooden spoon. Cover and chill. Rub chops on both sides proportionately with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chops over medium warm coals for 12-15 min. Top each chop with molasses butter.
  3. Serves 4
