Black Velvet Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 Devils Food cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 12 ounce chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • (Opt.: 2 c. slivered almonds)

Direcciones

  1. Beat all ingredients together for 4 min. Stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan or possibly 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.(VARIATION: Sprinkle 1/2 cup slightly toasted slivered almonds on bottom of pan and fold remaining almonds into batter.) Serve with whipped cream, if you like. This is our family's favorite cake for birthdays and special occasions. We love chocolate!
