Black Walnut Cottage Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. minced black walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter with sugar. Add in egg. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to first mix. Add in walnuts and flavoring. Mix thoroughly and pour into shallow, well-oiled baking pan. Bake in moderate oven
  2. (375F.) 30 min. Serve with vanilla or possibly hard sauce.
