Receta Blackberry And Cantaloupe Compote Over Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 x nonfat waffles
- 1/2 c. Blackberries
- 1 c. cantaloupe
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 6 ounce apple juice
Direcciones
- In a large bowl place all the compote ingredients and chill for 2 hrs. Make waffles and top with compote.
- We make a large batch of the compote and keep it in the fridge and use it over sorbets as dessert also.
- NOTES : Here is an easy quick delicious breakfast food.
