Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat milk, non-fat
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk pwdr, non-fat
  • 3/4 c. Egg substitute
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 30 x Blackberries, fresh
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Gradually stir lowfat milk into lowfat milk pwdr. Stir in egg substitute, 1/3 c sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Place 5 Blackberries in bottom of each of six 6-ounce custard c.. Top with custard mix. Bake in pan filled with warm water to 1" depth about 35 min, till custard is set.
  3. Chill. Sprinkle 1/2 t sugar over top of each custard and place c. on baking sheet. Broil 4" from heat till sugar is caramelized.
