Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp crushed dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 x halibut steaks - (5 to 6 ounce ea)

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, thyme, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, sugar, grnd red pepper, salt, and black pepper; mix well. Rub proportionately over both sides of fish.
  2. Spray the cool grill racks with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill fish for 7 to 8 min per side, or possibly till the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
