Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp crushed dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 x halibut steaks - (5 to 6 ounce ea)
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, thyme, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, sugar, grnd red pepper, salt, and black pepper; mix well. Rub proportionately over both sides of fish.
- Spray the cool grill racks with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill fish for 7 to 8 min per side, or possibly till the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
