Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 6 x Fresh tuna fillets, 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme

Direcciones

  1. Load grill with charcoal to make very warm fire. Let cast-iron skillet get very warm before adding ingredients. Combine all dry ingredients in a dish.
  2. Dip fish into melted butter and coat well. Cover fillets with seasoning and press into fillet with palm of hand. Place into warm skillet and pour 1 tsp. butter on top of each. Cook, (uncovered) about 2 min till charred. Turn and cook till done. Serve warm with melted butter. Caution: cook outdoors due to smoke
