Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs, separated
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg yolks, add in sugar, then slowly add in water; mix well. Add in flour and baking pwdr. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Bake in two shallow pans 8x8 in a 350 oven. Let cold, then cut in squares. Spread on all six sides with a powdered sugar frosting, roll the squares in finely grnd peanuts.
