Blaukraut German Red Cabbage

Ingredientes

  • 1 head red cabbage
  • Small amount of oil
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c. water
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 small apples (sliced up)
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut up the cabbage, wash and drain. In a large kettle heat oil. Mix the cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cook for about 30 min, or possibly till the cabbage becomes soft. The water should be cooked away.
  2. Servings for 4 persons.
