Receta Blaukraut German Red Cabbage
Ingredientes
- 1 head red cabbage
- Small amount of oil
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. water
- 6 cloves
- 2 small apples (sliced up)
- Salt, pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cut up the cabbage, wash and drain. In a large kettle heat oil. Mix the cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cook for about 30 min, or possibly till the cabbage becomes soft. The water should be cooked away.
- Servings for 4 persons.
