Receta Blender Apple Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 hard apples
- 1/4 c. water or possibly orange juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Wash, core and cut apples into eighths. Don't peel! Soak wedges in cool water with 1 tsp. salt for 10 min. Drain. Put 1/4 c. juice or possibly water in blender and add in wedges slowly. Add in sugar and cinnamon; reblend. Chill. Serve 4. Full of vitamins and delicious!
