- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- In blender: 1/2 c. soft shortening 1 1/2 tbsp. sour lowfat milk 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 lg. bananas 1 c. sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Blend ingredients in blender till smooth, pour over dry ingredients and stir lightly together. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
