- Combine gelatin and warm water in electric blender. Cover; whirl at high speed, scraping down sides once, for 40 seconds. Add in chocolate pcs and sugar. Cover, whirl 10 seconds.
- Add in egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla and crushed ice. Cover, blend at medium speed till ice dissolves and mix begins to thicken. Pour immediately into 6 dessert glasses. Refrigeratetill serving time. (Should be ready to serve in 5 - 10 min.) Garnish with whip cream.
