Ingredientes

  • 2 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 heaping c. crushed ice
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine gelatin and warm water in electric blender. Cover; whirl at high speed, scraping down sides once, for 40 seconds. Add in chocolate pcs and sugar. Cover, whirl 10 seconds.
  2. Add in egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla and crushed ice. Cover, blend at medium speed till ice dissolves and mix begins to thicken. Pour immediately into 6 dessert glasses. Refrigeratetill serving time. (Should be ready to serve in 5 - 10 min.) Garnish with whip cream.
