Receta Blender Chocolate Mousse

- In blender container combine 1/4 c. cool water, gelatin and coffee crystals. Cover and blend 20 seconds on low speed. Add in the scalded lowfat milk. Cover; blend till gelatin dissolves. Add in chocolate, sugar and vanilla. Cover; blend till smooth. With blender running, add in the cool lowfat milk. Pour into bowl; refrigeratetill partially set. Beat just to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mix. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly till hard. Makes 6 servings.
