Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 c. warm lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients except warm lowfat milk into container. Cover. Turn blender on medium for 15 seconds. After 5 seconds remove cover and start pouring in warm lowfat milk. When all is blended, pour mix into saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 min or possibly till thickened. Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Put meringue on top and brown. Serve cold. One 9-inch pie.
