Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. light cream
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. cognac
  • 1/3 c. rum

Direcciones

  1. In blender beat 10 to 15 seconds the Large eggs and sugar; add in slowly cognac and rum. Add in slowly light cream. Add in nutmeg with another swirl on the blender. Will keep for up to a week in refrigerator. Can serve with orange slice and/or possibly a cinnamon stick. Optional: You can add in 2 c. lowfat milk if preferred to make quantity and milder drink.
