Ingredientes

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter

Direcciones

  1. In the container of a blender put egg yolks, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat butter till warm and bubbly, but not brown.
  3. Blend egg yolk mix on low for 3 seconds.
  4. Raise speed to high and carefully remove blender cover. With blender still running, pour warm butter in slowly, in a steady stream. Continue blending for 5 more seconds. Transfer to serving bowl and serve.
