Receta Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
Direcciones
- 1. In the container of a blender put egg yolks, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and cayenne pepper.
- 2. Heat butter till warm and bubbly, but not brown.
- 3. Blend egg yolk mix on low for 3 seconds.
- 4. Raise speed to high and carefully remove blender cover. With blender still running, pour warm butter in slowly, in a steady stream. Continue blending for 5 more seconds. Transfer to serving bowl and serve.
