Ingredientes

  • 6 egg yolks
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 pound butter, melted

  1. Blend on lowest setting of blender. Add in melted butter very gradually. Butter must be warm but not too warm. It is best to bring the butter just to a very gentle boil while stirring with a wire whip and then immediately combine it with the egg mix. Remember, add in the butter very gradually.
