Receta Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 egg yolks
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 pound butter, melted

- Blend on lowest setting of blender. Add in melted butter very gradually. Butter must be warm but not too warm. It is best to bring the butter just to a very gentle boil while stirring with a wire whip and then immediately combine it with the egg mix. Remember, add in the butter very gradually.
