Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 3 x Egg yolks Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt to taste Healthy pinch of cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter and keep it warm, but don't brown.
  2. Put the yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in the container of en electric blender. Blend on low speed, gradually adding the warm butter till the sauce is thickened and smooth.
