Receta Blender Nut Torte

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. flour (sifted)
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. hazel nuts or possibly walnuts
Direcciones
- Sift flour and baking pwdr and set aside. Put Large eggs and sugar into blender and mix till smooth. Add in nuts and continue processing till nuts are finely grated. Add in flour mix all at once, blending only till flour is well mixed.
- Pour batter into 2 (8 inch) cake pans that have been greased, lined with waxed paper and greased again. Bake 20 min in a 350 degree oven.
- This torte is delicious when combine with cocoa whipped cream, or possibly with raspberry jam between the layers.
