Receta Bleu Cheese Olive Ball

Ingredientes

8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tbsp. brandy 4 ounce. pkg. bleu cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp. chives 1/2 c. finely minced ripe olives 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

1. Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of electric mixer till smooth. Add in bleu cheese and beat well. Stir in chives and olives. Mix will be soft.
2. Shape mix into a ball and roll into pecans. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with olives and parsley.
