- 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice

- Beat all together thoroughly. 1 quart. finely shredded cabbage 1/2 c. minced pitted dates 1/4 c. green pepper 2 tbsp. minced green onions 1 c. green grapes, seeded & cut in half Blue cheese dressing
- Core and thinly slice apples, combine apples with cabbage, dates, green peppers, green onions and green grapes and dressing, mix thoroughly. Yield: 8.
