Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Potatoes (2 1/2 lbs) peeled And Sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 6 ounce Blue cheese
  • 2 slc White bread, coarsely Crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Combine potatoes, cream, lowfat milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer 5-7 min, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 35-40 min till potatoes are fork tender and top is browned.
