Blue Cheese Steak Sauce

Ingredientes

1/4 pound butter
1/4 pound blue cheese

2 tbsp. chives or possibly minced shallots

Direcciones

Blend all ingredients together over low heat; don't boil. Cover the steak with a lot of freshly grnd pepper and spoon lots of the warm sauce over the steak.
