Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x a 6 ounce can frzn apple, juice concentrate thawed
  • 1 env plain gelatin,
  • 5 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice,
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg,
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cinnamon,

Direcciones

  1. Pour the apple juice concentrate into a saucepan;sprinkle with gelatin and allow to soften for several min. Meanwhile,in a blender or possibly a food processor finely chop blueberries. 1 c. at a time.
  2. Add in lemon juice,spices, and 2 c. of minced berries to gelatin; heat over medium-low till gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in remaining berries and mix well. Pour into jars or possibly plastic containers; store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
