Receta Blueberry Jam

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x a 6 ounce can frzn apple, juice concentrate thawed
- 1 env plain gelatin,
- 5 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice,
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg,
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cinnamon,
Direcciones
- Pour the apple juice concentrate into a saucepan;sprinkle with gelatin and allow to soften for several min. Meanwhile,in a blender or possibly a food processor finely chop blueberries. 1 c. at a time.
- Add in lemon juice,spices, and 2 c. of minced berries to gelatin; heat over medium-low till gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in remaining berries and mix well. Pour into jars or possibly plastic containers; store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
- Yield: 4cups Diabetic Exchanges: One 1-Tbsp. serving equals a free food;
