  • 6 x Egg yolks
  • 2/3 c. Maple syrup, heated
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1 pt Blueberries
  • 1 1/2 quart Mold. Freeze overnight. Be

  1. Beat yolks in bowl or possibly top of a double boiler till thick. Beat in warm syrup. Put over simmering water and cook, beating constantly till slightly thickened. Cold. Beat cream till it forms stiff peaks and fold into the yolk mix. Mix in half of the berries. Pour into remainder of berries.
