Ingredientes

  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1/2 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. Confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can Whole blueberries, (not pie filling)
  • 2 box black raspberry, grape, or possibly any dark jello

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in 1/2 c. warm water, set aside. Cream in mixer: cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and lowfat sour cream. Combine with lemon jello and pour into ring mold. Chill.
  2. Dissolve other 2 boxes jello in 1 1/2 c. warm water. Add in 1/2 c. juice from blueberries. Let sit awhile and add in blueberries. Pour over lemon jello in mold. Chill till set.
