Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • 1 pound fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Combine peaches and blueberries in a bowl. Add in 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla to fruit; stir well. Pour into a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix remaining sugar, flour, lowfat milk, melted butter and remaining vanilla. Mix well and pour proportionately over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees till golden, about 45 min. Serve hot; good with ice cream.
