Ingredientes

  • 4 x Ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 4 x Ripe peaches, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 pt Ripe blueberries
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 stk unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pcs
  • 1/4 c. Quick-cooking oats

Direcciones

  1. How to Prepare the Fruit:1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Arrange the fruit in a buttered baking dish. Toss the fruit with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. How to Prepare the Crumble:1. In a small bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar.
  4. With your fingers, blend the butter into the flour/sugar mix till it resembles a coarse meal.
  5. Stir in the oats and sprinkle on top of the fruit.
  6. Bake till the fruit is soft and the topping is brown, about 20-30 min.
