Ingredientes

  • 1 x two-crust pastry for 10-inch pie plate
  • 1 quart blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pch salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg or possibly cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Line pie plate with half of pastry. Mix all ingredients and pour into bottom crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and cut steam vents in upper crust. Bake in 400-degree oven for 45 min.
