Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Fresh Blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 2 c. white flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream zest of one lemon
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice few drops boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Surprise: Combine all ingredients, except lemon juice. Drizzle on lemon juice, let stand.
  2. Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a 9"x3" spring form pan. Siftdry ingredients together. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in Large eggs and beat.
  3. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in sifted dry ingredients. Add in lemon zest. Pour 1/2 batter into pan. Spoon in blueberry mix, keeping 1/2 inch away from edge of pan.
  4. Add in rest of batter. Bake for 1 hour and 20-30 min.
  5. Glaze: Combine ingredients and pour on hot cake.
