Ingredientes

  • Bluefish fillets Lettuce leaves Salad dressing Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Skin the bluefish, (no need to scale it if you remove the skin) cut the filets down to the back bone. Place the filets on a broiler pan lined with lettuce leaves.
  2. Baste the filets with a mayonaise based salad dressing (creamy cucumber works well). Add in salt and pepper.
  3. Broil for approximately 10 min, or possibly till the fish is just turning light brown.
