Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 1/4 c. Hot water
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix together and let rise 30 to 40 min.
  2. Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans. Dimple dough with fingers. Place on top the following mix: Coarse sea (or possibly Kosher)
  3. salt, fresh grnd pepper, minced rosemary and thyme. If herbs are dry, soak in water for 10 min and then pat dry on paper towels. Let rise 50-60 min.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. May dip in extra virgin olive oil.
