- Mix together and let rise 30 to 40 min.
- Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans. Dimple dough with fingers. Place on top the following mix: Coarse sea (or possibly Kosher)
- salt, fresh grnd pepper, minced rosemary and thyme. If herbs are dry, soak in water for 10 min and then pat dry on paper towels. Let rise 50-60 min.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. May dip in extra virgin olive oil.
