Bodacious Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 2 stk margarine or possibly butter, frzn (1 c.)
  • 4 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. minced nuts - I use walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Microwave butter and chocolate till melted, one minute at a time. Stir to combine well. Beat with electric mixer while slowly adding sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Add in vanilla and mix well.
  2. Combine flour, salt and nuts. Beat into chocolate mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 for no more than 30 min. Cold at least 10 min before serving. They're great with vanilla ice cream and canned sliced peaches.
