Name: Bodacious Brownies
Ingredients: 2 stk margarine or possibly butter, frzn (1 c.); 4 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate; 2 c. sugar; 4 x Large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 c. flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 c. minced nuts - I use walnuts

Ingredientes

2 stk margarine or possibly butter, frzn (1 c.)
4 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. minced nuts - I use walnuts

Direcciones

Microwave butter and chocolate till melted, one minute at a time. Stir to combine well. Beat with electric mixer while slowly adding sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Add in vanilla and mix well.
Combine flour, salt and nuts. Beat into chocolate mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 for no more than 30 min. Cold at least 10 min before serving. They're great with vanilla ice cream and canned sliced peaches.
